Your terms and conditions of use

My items are intended for Cos-play, costuming, looking Sauvé and many other verbs that would define looking ones best.  They are not intended for anything but that.  Should you decide to use them in any other manner, well, that is your choice. 

Many of them are fragile, and rough handling can be hard on them.

If you have purchased goggles, please be careful.  The lenses that come standard are shade 5 welding lenses.  They are quite dark, please keep that in mind. 

If you have ordered anything that requires batteries, instructions will have been included showing how to change/install them.  All items requiring batteries are tested before shipping and come with them included, as a courtesy.  However, sometimes during shipping things turn on and the batteries die. Dead Batteries will not be replaced.

There are no warranties implied or expressed on any of my creations.

We do not offer refunds.  If anything becomes damamged in shipment, it will be replaced one the damamged itme has been returned

Any NSF checks will be charged a $25 Returned Check Fee.
